Rental Duration Policies
At Rabbit International, various rental options are available including long-term and short-term rentals. Long-term rentals must be agreed upon for a period exceeding 30 days, while short-term rentals are available for periods of less than 30 days. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation upon booking. To make your rental experience seamless, ensure that all required documentation is provided at the time of reservation. Any changes to rental agreements should be communicated promptly to avoid misunderstandings or additional charges.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental period to avoid a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is done within the specified time frame, a full refund will be processed. In the event of early returns or no-shows, no refunds will be granted. Our goal is to accommodate our customers' needs while maintaining operational efficiency.
